My spring break was this past week.

I had a therapist and a psychiatrist appointment, and they honestly weren’t too helpful. I didn’t learn any new tips besides that I need to take shorter naps so they don’t disrupt my sleep cycle.

But I have been reading a lot of self-help books to try and boost my own mental health and productivity.

I’ve also been making a point to relax and enjoy my time off. I’m still working my normal 20 hours this week, but without school at the back of my mind, it’s been amazing. I’ve been playing Cozy Grove and Harvestella on my Switch, playing a little piano, and reading like crazy.

Woobles’ unicorn for Tiffy

I finished up a crocheting project (a unicorn for Tiffy) and finished three books in two days. That sounds like a lot, but it’s because I’d started them a while back and finally was able to get through them. The three books were:

  • The Creative Habit by Twyla Tharp
  • Starfish by Lisa Fipps
  • Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow by Gabrielle Zevin
